These services are designed to give you peace of mind and keep your system running smoothly.

Key Features Of Stag Assist Pro
Active System Monitoring
Offers weekly remote system checks for any errors or faults. We typically identify issues before you notice them and will contact you to arrange any further investigation or repair.
Priority Support
Full support during office hours for any technical queries, remote update requests or general advice.
Manufacturer Software Updates
Rest assured your system will always be up to date on the latest software – our team checks weekly for potential updates.
Annual On-Site Visual Inspection
Every year, a qualified assessor will conduct a full inspection of your system below-the-roof. This includes all equipment, cables and enclosures.
Annual On-Site Electrical Inspection
Alongside the visual inspection, your system will undergo a full electrical inspection. This includes the full range of AC and DC testing, aswell as full certification and documentation.
WiFi Re-Configuration
Changed your WiFi network router? No problem. One of our engineers will be out to get your system back online as soon as possible.
Additional Features Of Stag Assist Pro+
Infra-red Drone Inspection
Alongside your system’s yearly visual and electrical inspection, our Pro+ customers are also entitled to a full panel assessment via a specialist drone.
Full Panel Clean
Alongside your system’s yearly visual and electrical inspection and infra-red drone panel assessment, our Pro+ customers are also entitled to a complete panel cleaning.
Full admin and labour cover
In the event of faulty equipment under a manufacturer’s warranty claim, all the admin and labour involved in organsising and replacing your equipment is completely free of charge.
Stag Assist Pro Does Not Cover:
Faulty Hardware Outside Of Warranty
Stag Assist and Stag Assist+ are service contracts. Faulty hardware not covered by a manufacturers warranty can be replaced but equipment costs will be chargeable.
Note: Bird Protection Manufacturers do not offer more than 12 months Warranty.
Lost Revenue
Stag Assist and Stag Assist+ provide SLA’s which we aim to work within. We cannot control Manufacturer lead times. No offer for compensation of lost revenue is offered or implied for members of this scheme.
Damage Caused By Customer
If your system is damaged or becomes faulty due to the actions of yourself or someone else, Stag Assist does not cover the cost of replacement or repair.
