Before qualifying for a charger swap, you must have received an on-site diagnostic visit from one of our engineers, to prove that your charger is faulty and assist you in making your warranty claim.

This package focuses solely on swapping out an existing charger that is still under warranty. This price only covers labour for the second visit and the actual swap.
