If your GivEnergy battery has drained below its minimum operating voltage, the internal charging system may stop functioning and your battery will sit at 0%. Our on-site recovery service is designed to safely bring the battery back into its normal operating range.

During this 90-minute visit, our engineer will connect a manual DC battery charger to carefully raise the battery voltage back into a safe operating zone. Once the correct voltage is restored, the battery’s internal charging functionality will be re-enabled and the system will be set to fully charge.

Important Advice:
To help prevent the battery from dropping below its minimum operating voltage again, we recommend setting a minimum scheduled night charge of 30 minutes each night. This small top-up helps maintain a healthy charge level and ensures the system remains within its safe operating range.
