What’s included:

• The time and services of a fully qualified Engineer.
• Photographs taken by the Engineer that clearly show the make, model and serial number of your existing (faulty) meter, along with broken display, for evidence records.
• Full replacement of the faulty unit using a brand new MID approved meter.
• Photographs taken clearly showing make, model and serial number of the new meter, along with starting reading, for evidence records.
• Observational time to ensure the new meter measures and records PV output correctly.
• A clearly compiled email following the visit, containing all photographs taken on site.

What is not included:

• The de-registering of the faulty meter, and the registering of its replacement with your FiT provider. You can do this using the information we provide.
