At Stag Solar, we understand the importance of maintaining your solar system’s efficiency and ensuring its longevity. That’s why we offer two comprehensive maintenance and warranty packages: Stag Assist and Stag Assist+. These services are designed to give you peace of mind and keep your system running smoothly.

Stag Assist Pricing

For a low monthly fee, Stag Assist offers ongoing technical support and covers any costs associated with the replacement or repair of faulty hardware still under the manufacturer’s warranty. This includes all major components below the roof, such as inverters, batteries, cabling, and connections.

Stag Assist+ includes all the benefits of Stag Assist, with additional coverage for hardware installed above the roof and access to out-of-hours emergency support.

Key Features of Stag Assist

Below-the-roof line hardware

All major components below the roof, such as inverters, batteries, cabling, and connections.

Labor and Shipping Costs

Covers all labor and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of any product failures within its warranty period.

3-Yearly Check-Up

Includes a comprehensive check-up every 3 years for the electrical elements of the installation, ensuring everything is functioning correctly. This service, normally valued at £195 + VAT, is included free of charge.

Active System Monitoring

Offers weekly remote system checks for any errors or faults. We typically identify issues before you notice them and will contact you to arrange any necessary repairs.

Office Hours Phone & Email Support

Available from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, for any assistance you might need, such as app downloads on new devices, Wi-Fi reconfiguration, or advice on supplier tariffs.

Additional Features of Stag Assist+

Above-the-roof line hardware

This gives cover for repair or replacement of hardware above the roof such as panels, optimisers and micro inverters.

Out of Hours Emergency Support

Provides access to our emergency contact number, available after normal office hours. This ensures that you always have support when you need it, without worrying about additional costs.
